American Heritage Securities     is a full service brokerage firm. We are a locally owned, independent brokerage firm, established in Akron, Ohio in 1991.

American Heritage works as a broker with clients; establishing investment accounts and providing the level of assistance desired by the client to facilitate investments in their accounts. We provide advice to clients through a relationship that is driven by the client’s need for either an active or passive investment experience. As typical of brokerage relationships, it is commission based.

The full range of investment services and products are available to American Heritage Securities, Inc. clients; including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, retirement products, annuities and insurance. Basic financial planning tools such as those related to Retirement Planning, Educational Planning and Retirement Distribution Programs are available. Customer accounts are held at our clearing firm, First Clearing, LLC, a division of Wachovia Securities.

EGI Financial, Inc.                       is a registered investment advisor, established in Akron, Ohio in 1992. EGI is registered with the SEC and the state of Ohio and regulated by the SEC.

EGI Financial Inc. provides fee-based investment advisory services. We develop investment programs based on each individual client’s needs. Portfolios include stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other publicly traded investments. We use a proprietary asset allocation model to manage risk and investments are selected based on fundamental and technical analysis. Portfolios are individually managed on a discretionary basis, dependent on the clients’ objectives and risk parameters.

We are a “fee-only” advisor; meaning we charge a fee based on assets under management and do not charge commissions or receive compensation other than fully disclosed fees. TD Ameritrade is the broker/dealer custodian recommended by EGI Financial, Inc., however, clients are free to choose another custodian. No compensation is received by either TD Ameritrade or EGI Financial, Inc. as a result of this referral relationship. Performance and activity reviews are provided quarterly.
